With the Queen’s 90th birthday being celebrated this coming June, many people across the country are getting ready to take part in a “Clean for the Queen”!

The idea is to help to clean up our country before all the festivities get under way for Her Majesty. There is more information online if you Google Clean For The Queen.

We would like to organise to clean the village green on Saturday 5th March 1.00-2.00.

We would first like to get an idea of how many people would be interested and if it is something we have enough numbers for. Parents, relatives, friends, children welcome and cleaning materials will be provided by the council.

Please can you let us know by March 1st if you are interested so we can organise!
